Important information to note before your holiday
Nobody likes unwanted surprises. That is why we have listed below all the important information. This way, your holiday will be one beautiful moment after another and will stay in your memories forever.
Pets upon request
For your pet we charge a supplement of € 10 per day (food excluded). Should a final cleaning of the room be necessary, we will require a fee of € 15.
Please bring a blanket or basket for your pet.
Pets are not allowed in the dining room, in the garden adjacent to the pool and in the wellness area.
Rooms on request
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room or floor, but we will do our best to meet your wishes.
A tourist tax of € 2.30 per day will be applied. The payment of the tourist tax is to be made on-site. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Deposit: Please make your reservation through e-mail. The reservation will be valid as soon as we receive the deposit of 30% of the total room fee.

Check-in and check-out:
Rooms are available for check-in after 2:00 PM. In case of early arrivals, please understand if the room is not yet available. In case of arrivals after 8:00 PM, we would appreciate to be notified.
On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out only on request and with supplement.
Due to the current situation around Covid-19, we have adjusted our cancellation policy for you and made it more flexible. This means: Should you not be able to take your planned vacation due to symptoms or precautionary measures taken by the state, your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In case of cancellation for health reasons, we kindly ask you to present a medical certificate. Please note, that these cancellation guidelines only apply if you are effectively affected by entry and exit restrictions or an official quarantine regulation. In all other cases (not corona related) the standard cancellation policies apply.
Up to 28 days before the date of arrival: free cancellation.
Shorter notice: 90% of the total amount.
In case of no show, late arrival or early departure: 90% of the nights not spent at the hotel will be charged.
Any cancellations must be communicated via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The total price of the stay includes room, board and all the included services. In the event of a partial cancellation, or if the number of guests in the room is inferior to the number of guests booked, the above percentages will be applied only for the unoccupied beds.
