For over twenty years, chef Hermann Goller has offered his guests moments of extreme pleasure. With his creative dishes he accompanies you on a delicious journey through traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, a real tasting experience. One “must” in his kitchen: the preservation of the true taste of the products, which must be genuine, pure, and intense. For this reason, vegetables, herbs, berries and fruit come directly from the hotel garden.
