To ensure that your holiday is carefree from the very beginning, we have compiled the most important information for you – from arrival and cancellation conditions, to room requests and holidays with your dog(s). This leaves more room for the essentials: wonderful moments, relaxation and anticipation.
Reserve a spot for your four legged friend
Your four-legged friend is welcome upon request. We charge €20 per day (not including food) and, if needed, €15 for the final cleaning. Please bring your own basket or blanket. We kindly ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, or on the lawn.
Pick your room
We will do our best to fulfil your room request and will gladly take it into consideration whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
Tourist Tax
All guests from the age of 14 are subject to a visitor’s tax of €3.60 per person per night. This is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly on site.
Deposit
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of written confirmation by e-mail and the deposit of 30% of the total amount. Your holiday at the Gasserhof is now firmly booked and you can start looking forward to it.

Payment: The remaining amount can either be paid in advance by bank transfer or on site. Please note the current legal maximum amount for cash payments. We also accept all major credit cards.
Arrival and departure
Your room will be ready from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We cannot guarantee that the room will be ready earlier if you arrive before this time. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance. Check-out is by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, for an additional charge.
Cancellation policy
Please send any cancellations to hotel@gasserhof.com by email within the specified deadlines. The agreed price includes accommodation, meals and all included services. If not all booked beds are used, the percentage applies only to the cancelled accommodation.
Travel cancellation insurance
To avoid any unexpected costs, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance – for a carefree start to your holiday. Get the travel cancellation insurance.
