Autumn – Törggele time

Try a short walk through the grape-vines situated in the North of Bressanone. Isarco valley’s woods are also wonderful in their autumn colours, and you can admire endless varieties of flowers whilst walking and feeling the freshness of this wonderful season… Everyone who has once experienced an autumn day in South Tyrol always wants to come back and spend a few days in our wonderful region.

There is one special thing that you shouldn’t miss: the so-called “Törggelen”. This is a meal that includes traditional food such as: spinach ravioli, dumplings, Speck (the local bacon) and cheese specialties, salt meet, ribs, fresh sauerkraut, chestnuts, nuts, fruits and typical puddings.
