Enjoy typical food

Our menu includes plenty of nice and typical food and wines. We offer healthy vegetables and spices from our garden, personally collected mushrooms from local woods and very nice wines grown in the Isarco valley. On the menu there are both Italian and South Tyrolean specialties, which you will surely be enthusiastic about.

The hotel residence Gasserhof always sticks to its values and traditions, also in the restaurant. Enjoy our nice food in the comfortable Tyrolean “Stube” or in the smaller very nice smelling “Stube”. During warm summer evenings you have the opportunity to enjoy dinner outdoors, in our lovely garden, which is also an agreeable place to relax during sunny days. You could, for example, try some of our house made cakes and drinks, relaxing under the shady trees.
